Hyperdermic needles are not permitted to be disposed of at the Recycling Centres or in any of your household bins. Please return used hypodermic needles to your doctor’s surgery, health centre or issuing pharmacy for safe disposal. Alternatively, Wakefield Council offer a Clinical Waste Collection service and this can be arranged through your Doctors surgery or by calling Wakefield Council direct on 0345 8 506 506
